Do you enjoy working in a small team environment with great people? We are looking for a Tier 1 System Administrator with a robust Windows 10/11 troubleshooting background supporting Microsoft Domain architectures, responding to trouble calls, building and deploying desktops to customer sites across primarily the WMA area. Some domestic travel is required (generally no more than 6 times a year).
This support position will be responsible for the following activities:
+ Support and troubleshoot issues involving desktop applications including the Microsoft Office suite of products (including Outlook), classification management tools
+ Troubleshoot Windows Server technologies to include file, print, DNS, DFS and DHCP
+ Support helpdesk and users with general issues including public key infrastructure, application assistance, network troubleshooting and other items as needed
+ Build (image) and deploy new workstations, and configure/ deploy new printers and digital senders
+ Build software packages, support and troubleshoot PDQDeploy for inventory and application delivery solutions
+ Perform application delivery and patching capabilities using a combination of Microsoft WSUS and PDQ Deploy products
+ Act as part of the team responsible for performing rekey, inventory, ana general account management of the project's cryptographic account
+ Document all new changes introduced to the system, and keep existing documentation current
+ Being able to lift 50 lbs (responsibilities sometimes include printer installations)

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ 6 years of direct experience in Systems Administration supporting Windows.
+ Outstanding customer support - Assisting users via phone, email, or in person
+ Experience with Active Directory - Managing devices, users, and objects
+ Ability to perform full lifecycle workstation support
+ Install an OS on a workstation (to include joining to the domain and ensuring all of the patches and policies have been applied)
+ Physically transport a workstation and connect peripherals and a network drop
+ Troubleshoot, repair, or replace a workstation
+ Ability to perform full lifecycle printer support
+ install printer drivers and create print queues on print servers
+ Physically transport a printer and connect to a network drop
+ Troubleshoot, repair, or replace a printer
+ Troubleshoot print servers
+ Working knowledge of deploying updates and patches and troubleshooting the following
+ MS Server 2016/2019
+ MS Windows 10/11 OS
+ MS Office 2019
+ Adobe Reader
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Familiar with virtual desktop environments (Citrix)
+ Running system security scans
+ Data storage - Tape backups
+ Asset Management
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
