Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time Restaurant Cash Room Clerk to join our team at Tutto Italia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Restaurant Cash Room Clerk, you will be responsible for handling and organizing daily cash operations to support smooth financial processes and ensure accuracy, security, and compliance. What will you do?

+ Count and verify daily cash intake from all sales outlets, and prepare and reconcile accurate bank deposits

+ Balance tills and cash drawers, identifying and resolving discrepancies while maintaining detailed records of cash inflows and outflows

+ Monitor and manage change fund levels and ensure the cash room remains secure, organized, and compliant with safety protocols

+ Reconcile credit card receipts with daily sales reports, investigating and correcting any inconsistencies

+ Support point of sale operations by assisting the dining room team and providing excellent guest service during transactions
