    **Location:** Louisville, KY | **Pay Rate:** $31.95 - $50/hour | **Schedule:** 8am - 5pm - Mon-Fri (Hybrid)

At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re seeking an Implementation Supervisor II to guide high-impact, multi-site Helix Migration projects across the distribution industry—transforming the way our clients do business from the inside out.

    About the Role

    As an Implementation Supervisor II, you’ll lead the charge on complex implementation projects—ensuring the seamless transition of products and services for mid to large-scale clients. You’ll be the driving force behind deployment strategies, timelines, resource alignment, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation success.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead multi-site implementation projects with a focus on Helix Migrations

    + Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and risk mitigation strategies

    + Coordinate internal cross-functional teams and manage external client communications

    + Monitor project milestones, reporting on progress weekly to key stakeholders

    + Host regular meetings (Zoom) to align teams and track open action items

    + Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure business requirement alignment

    + Conduct post-implementation audits and lessons-learned reviews

    + Utilize tools like Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SmartSheet (preferred) to manage projects

    + Travel to domestic client sites (international travel possible based on project needs)

     

    What You Bring

    Required:

    + Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream implementation projects

    + Proficiency in project management practices and tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook)

    + Excellent leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

    + Strong understanding of risk management and stakeholder engagement

    + Ability to manage project budgets and drive timely delivery

    + Willingness to travel for project needs (domestic primarily)

    + First-shift availability

    Preferred:

    + Experience in the distribution industry or related sectors

    + Familiarity with SmartSheet or similar project tools

    + PMP certification or equivalent is a strong plus

    **Pay Details:** $33.95 to $50.00 per hour
