    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman HVAC Technicians** for projects located in and around **Tacoma, WA** . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of **up to $42/hour** based on experience plus **$125/Per Diem** to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.     Job Scope:

    + Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components

    + Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems

    + Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system efficiency

    + Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations

    + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

    + Communicate clearly with clients and team members

    + Adhere to all safety standards and procedures on-site

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + HVAC certification or relevant technical training preferred

    + Proven HVAC experience

    + Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (EPA Card required)

    + Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

    + Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, specifications, and job orders

    + Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in tight or elevated spaces

    + Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with smart HVAC systems or energy-efficient upgrades

    + Knowledge of refrigeration systems

    + Familiarity with local building codes and compliance requirements
