    Summary:

    Management-level position responsible for leading the operations side of our distribution business. Candidate needs to have experience leading teams and implementing processes that increase efficiencies.

     

    Reports to: Profit Center Manager

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + College Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience

    + Proven work experience in a management role

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Two or more years of Operations Management Experience

    + Two or more years experience leading a team of 15 or larger

    + Electrical Distribution or similar Distribution experience

    Working Conditions:

    Standard office environment and distribution warehouse environment. Most days will be spent in the office and warehouse.

    Essential Job Functions:

    + Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way.

    + People management skills

    + Team effort with PC Manager and Sales Manager on recruiting and hiring

    + Leading daily operations of the business

    + Recruit, train, and supervise our inside staff, consisting of: Inside Sales, Warehouse/Logistics, and Back-office.

    + Work together with PC Manager and Sales Manager to grow and expand the business.

    + Periodic evaluation of current processes and determine areas for improvement.

    + Formulate strategic and operational objectives.

    Compensation Range:

    The compensation range for this position is $70000 to $125000 annually.
