Robert Half is seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Full‑Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) program in Louisville. In this unique, internal, full‑time role, you’ll support a variety of leading organizations on long‑term finance projects—all while enjoying the security and benefits of full‑time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule
+ Post cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts
+ Monitor and manage aging reports; initiate collection activities as needed
+ Resolve billing discrepancies and account inquiries with professionalism
+ Reconcile accounts receivable sub‑ledgers to the general ledger
+ Leverage Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze receivables data and produce reports
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
+ Residency in the Louisville, KY metro area (required)
+ 2+ years of accounts receivable or full‑cycle AR experience
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
+ Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities
+ Capacity to adapt quickly and work independently across multiple assignments

The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) received varies based on years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week.
