    About the Role: The Intern - Project Management assists with processing all requirements and agreements to help move projects to construction under the supervision of the Project Manager or other staff.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

    + Input all incoming agreement information in Smartsheet

    + Send project introductions emails from RP Utility

    + Forward project questions from RP Utility to the correct team leader

    + Create project folders on share drive

    + Other duties as assigned or required to meet the business needs

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

    + Proficiency with electronic communication including e-mail and text, as well as standard office applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)

    + Possess basic oral and written communication skills

    + Interact with other staff

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Enrolled in an engineering, business, or related college program

    Preferred Education and Experience :

    + 1 year of work experience
