The Logistics Analyst - Mid will:
+ Support the PM AAA, Training Director, and GP Manager by validating all PM AAA government property at Camp Pendleton. Assist the NET RO/RI in maintaining GP databases and conducting inventories
+ Oversee custody until formal release of accountability.
+ Manage the NET Property Management Control System and maintain accurate property records and metrics.
+ Prepare transfer documents (MFR, KSD, FLIPL, DD1348, DD1149, etc.).
+ Ensure proper accounting, tracking, and oversight for moving, storing, and disposing of PM AAA GFP.
+ Provide supply support, including packaging, handling, and arranging transportation for end items and support equipment.
+ Update ACV GP and supply inventories quarterly.
+ Maintain the PM AAA, NET Ammunition tracking spreadsheet for all training events by fiscal year and location.
+ Adjust training events and ammunition requests as directed, and use an ammunition calculator to order correct quantities.
+ Maintain PM AAA, NET Ammunition Request Worksheets.
+ Reconcile expenditures and turn-ins in TAMS with the PM AAA Ammunition Tracking Spreadsheet.
+ Develop and update annually the PM AAA Ammunition DOA to ensure only authorized personnel receive training ammunition.
+ Process all PM AAA ammunition requests and assist in developing ammunition processes, tracking key dates, and finalizing projections.

Required Skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent customer-facing and internal oral and written communications skills
+ Excellent MS Office skills to include, but not limited to MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
+ Experience working in a Marine Corps Systems Command Program Office or similar organization
+ Positive attitude and understanding of the Marine Corps mission.
+ Ability to function as part of an agile team when given broad direction.
Required Experience
+ Minimum, four years' experience training service members in a military period of instruction/program.
+ Experience with Property Management Control System for maintaining property management records and metrics.
+ Experience preparing supply documents for accounting, receiving, moving, storing, and disposal of government property.
+ Experience performing ammunition requests and reconciliation in Total Ammunition Management Information Systems,
+ Experience developing and updating the Ammunition Declaration of Authorities (DOA) and processes, and supporting all training ammunition requests in support of ACV Training.
