    General Machine Operator - Packaging Department - 12-hour shifts - Nights - $23.25/hr

     

    Reckitt, formally Mead Johnson Nutrition, located in Zeeland, MI is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. Reckitt is a major manufacturer of baby formula.

     

    What's in it for you?

     

    + **$23.25**

     

    + **Night Shift** **à** **6pm to 6am**

    + will work on a rotating schedule

    + 36 hours one week and 48 the next

    + 5 on 5 off 2 on 2 off

    + *****must be ok with working every other weekend*****

    + Clean and safe work environment **What will you be doing?**

    + Stand on production line visually inspecting product throughout processing/packaging processes

    + Operates equipment, including operating forklift while following all established GMP and safety regulations

    + Recognizes and reports safety, maintenance and operational variances to area management

    + Assist in trouble shooting with machines

    + Follows detailed SOP’s and batch records

    + Conduct various quality tests:

    + Proper blending

    + Correct temperature settings

    + Visual appearance requirements

    + Packaging does not leak

    + Necessary items included within product

    + Lids applied appropriately

    + Necessary dates applied to packaging **What do you bring?**

    + Positive, can-do attitude

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Solid work history – with no attendance issues

    + Valid Drivers License

    + Pass a background check

    + Pass a drug screening (NOT THC friendly)

    + Able to work 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule
