A full-time Clinical Supervisor position is now available with Liberty Healthcare’s mental health program at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
The West Valley Detention Center is one of the largest county jails in California and the United States.
Liberty Healthcare provides a wide array of behavioral health services within the jail to inmates who are experiencing acute and chronic mental illness.
As Liberty Healthcare’s Clinical Supervisor, you will enjoy a mix of direct care and supervisory responsibilities, including:
+ Screening patients, conducting intake assessments and preparing diagnostic evaluations
+ Evaluating and treating patients who are in crisis
+ Developing, implementing and evaluating goal-oriented treatment plans and participating
+ Providing clinical supervision to ACSWs and AMFTs
+ Training staff
+ Actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
+ Conducting quality assurance peer reviews of client records
+ Collaborating with clinical leaders and the program’s management team
+ Working collaboratively with administrative and custody staff
As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:
+ Starting salary between $95,000 and $106,000 (depending on qualifications)

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
+ Professional licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
+ At least two years of experience providing mental health services
+ Experience in a leadership role responsible for providing clinical supervision
Experience serving justice-involved individuals is preferred but not required.
