    Job Title: Electro-Mechanic (Conversions)

    Job Description

    Join our team as an Electro-Mechanic, where you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment, including 3-phase motors, conveyors, and presses. This position also involves limited PLC troubleshooting and general maintenance duties.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment.

    + Conduct limited PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic repair, and general maintenance.

    + Ensure the proper functioning of conveyors and other production equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Associate's degree in maintenance or equivalent military experience is required.

    + 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Proficiency in both electrical and mechanical skills.

    + Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Preference for candidates with military mechanics experience.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a large tile manufacturing facility with 140 people on-site. The environment is dusty due to tile dust but remains fairly clean. Some tasks may require working in high areas on tall equipment, including scaffolding. Expect very hot conditions in summer around kilns and ovens. Steel-toed shoes are required, but shorts and cut-off t-shirts are allowed. This position is on the Press Line, which is more mechanical and dusty compared to other lines.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
