The role you'll contribute:

Provides leadership and operations management for all aspects of plant operations, construction management, grounds maintenance, security, safety and emergency preparedness, biomed and/or environmental services. Responsible for staff performance and the accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in accordance with corporate, hospital, department and safety policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements. The Director oversees all projects, both capital and in-house construction and turnover acceptance. Develops, implements and evaluates the department's strategic and operation plan including continuous quality improvement, compliance with all regulatory agencies and fiscal management.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Responsible for the developing, implementing and evaluating strategic and operational plans for the assigned departments and/or facilities.

+ Responsible for Joint Commission compliance, fire safety, emergency management and care standards of the physical facility.

+ Manages programs to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment to preserve the significant investment in building and associated equipment.

+ Manages the procurement/generation of all utilities and their distribution systems.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Required qualifications:

+ High School Grad or Equiv

Preferred qualifications:

+ Bachelor's

+ Professional Engineer License (PE)

+ 5 years of relevant experience
