• Associate Recruiter (Onsite)

    We are looking for an **Associate Recruiter** to join the HR team at our food manufacturing facility in Milton, PA, home to the production of Chef Boyardee and other well-known brands.

     

    As the **Associate Recruiter** , reporting to the Plant HR Manager, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the plant. You'll build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, conduct pre-screens, and provide informed hiring recommendations. Additionally, you will maintain accurate recruitment data and job postings to support reporting and compliance efforts and assist in the offer process.

    Position Responsibilities

    + **Manage full-cycle recruitment** from job specification through offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

    + **Conduct interviews and assess candidates** , summarizing qualifications and presenting diverse, qualified talent to hiring managers with hiring recommendations.

    + **Collaborate with HR and hiring managers** to understand staffing needs, develop offers, and align recruitment strategies.

    + **Develop talent pipelines** through candidate slates, online talent communities, and industry-specific networking partnerships.

    + **Implement strategic staffing initiatives** , including diversity recruitment efforts and continuous improvement of sourcing models for efficiency.

    + **Provide consultative support** by conducting recruitment needs assessments, solving complex staffing challenges, and offering market insights on trends and compensation.

    + **Track recruitment metrics and promote employer branding** , educating candidates on our mission, vision, and value proposition and make data-based decisions.

    Position Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree

    + 1+ years of professional experience with full life cycle or college recruiting required

    + Proficient in leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn, along with internet tools, job boards, networking sites, and niche industry websites for candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development and experience with applicant tracking systems

    + Experience working in a manufacturing facility and recruiting for production related roles

    + Talent assessment, influencing stakeholders across all levels, and driving change in a matrixed environment.

    Compensation:

    Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000

     

    _The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
