Associate Manager, Behavioral Science

As Associate Manager, you will play an important supporting role in helping Conagra's Behavioral Sciences team influence decisions with rigorous data and consumer behavior understanding to drive results. You will both independently own, and support leadership with, projects to determine our growth opportunities in regard to brand renovation, expansion, new products, shopper/channels and marketing strategy. You will do so by guiding multiple investigative demand science activities, digging deep to uncover compelling consumer demand spaces, pockets of growth, jobs to be done, winning attributes, and distinctive brand activation. You will also contribute by ensuring that relevant findings, data, and insights from the Behavioral Science team is available to all Demand Science, Brand, and R&D organizations. You will report to a Manager of Behavioral Science.
You Will:
+ Guide an evidence-based approach to identifying and defining business opportunities for growth.
+ Analyze and interpret syndicated, industry and consumer behavior data to build a deeper understanding of consumer demand.
+ Connect quantitative with qualitative, unstructured, observational knowledge to help uncover and establish consumer jobs to be done.
+ Engage, communicate findings, and build relationships with Behavioral Science Managers/Directors, the broader Demand Science group, Brand and R&D teams.
+ Apply a comprehensive range of investigative, evidence-based methodologies, looking for continuous improvement in techniques and cost.
+ Partner with the broader Demand Science team and third-party vendors to identify or develop new vendors and approaches to observe consumer behavior.
+ Ensure the latest, relevant Behavioral Science team's analysis, findings, and insights are stored in our Conagra insights portal, allowing broader organizational application.
You Bring:
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 2+ years' experience producing high-quality, well-regarded data and consumer insights and analytics work in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry or similar.
+ Intermediate level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
+ Experience working with multiple consumer data and learning tools and processes.
+ Experience connecting the dots from multiple data sources into applicable insights and business recommendations for brands, retailers, marketing or R&D.
+ Experience explaining difficult concepts and opportunities in simple, applicable business terms.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000
_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
