**Position Summary:** The Senior RGM Manager is a key driver in understanding and providing thought leadership for our sales teams with regards to Gross to Net (GTN). The incumbent will closely collaborate with Sales and Business Units to responsibly manager our customer investment buckets, including supporting our finance team’s month end process. This role lead’s the governance of our Trade Promotion Management System (TPM).
Responsibilities & Assignments:
• Oversee Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and financial reporting for Sales.
• Providing reporting and commentary on Customer Gross to Net performance
• Ensuring monthly GTN Vitals are managed effectively (TPM)
• Supports and coaches the sales team to help drive the right behaviors.
• Compliance with SOX Audit rules and approvals (TPM)
• Assist with Audit requests and documentation
• Collaborating with colleagues in Finance, BU’s and Sales
• Leading a team of 3 individuals
Required Skills and Experience
• Accounting CPA Designation or CFA
• Subject matter expert on Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
• Customer Experience in Finance working on Tier 1 customers
• Must have excellent analysis skills and be a detail-oriented person
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and ability to manage ambiguity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate internally
• Demonstrated personal leadership
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking
• Strong numerical comprehension and adeptness at analyzing & interpreting data is essential
Work Environment
• Travel - less than 10%
• Position may require sitting at desk for long periods of time
• The position is a hybrid role based out of NYC.
• Colleagues are expected to be in the office 2x a week
