    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and review journal entries, maintain balance sheet schedules, and conduct account and bank reconciliations.

    + Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

    + Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    + Perform variance analysis and prepare schedules for internal and external auditors.

    + Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.

    + Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.

    + Collaborate with team members to process payroll or relevant accounting tasks as needed.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

    + 2+ years of accounting experience (public or corporate accounting).

    + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

    + Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

    + Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

    + CPA or CPA candidate is highly desirable.
