Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while performing essential administrative and data entry tasks. This is a great opportunity to work in the energy and natural resources sector, contributing to the efficiency of office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a courteous and friendly reception experience.

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system to the appropriate departments.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks, including numeric and textual information, into company systems.

• Provide administrative support by organizing and maintaining office records and documentation.

• Ensure smooth communication by managing inbound telephone calls with proper phone etiquette.

• Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and resolve inquiries.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive data and information.

• Assist with general office procedures, including scheduling and managing supplies.

• Handle additional receptionist duties as required to maintain office efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry, including both numeric and textual information.

• Strong experience with multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.

• Solid administrative skills, including organizing records and managing office tasks.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy to ensure data integrity.

• Familiarity with standard office procedures and administrative tools.

• Strong communication skills with an attentive and courteous phone demeanor.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
