Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented loan processor to join our client's team in Columbus, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting critical office functions, including managing requests and reviewing essential documentation. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a queue of appraisal order requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Review loan criteria and supporting documents within the loan originating system to initiate appraisal orders.

• Manage and process credit requests, updating records as needed.

• Verify and analyze supporting documentation to ensure compliance with loan requirements.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all data entered into the system meets organizational standards.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or address questions related to appraisal or credit processes.

• Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet operational goals.

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the office.

Requirements • Previous experience in loan administration or a related field is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze supporting documents effectively.

• Familiarity with appraisal and credit processes is an asset.

• Proficiency in reviewing and managing documentation within a system-based environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
