As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily human resources functions and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance management.
+ Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals.
+ Oversee benefits administration, performance management, and training programs to enhance workforce productivity.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing expert guidance on HR best practices.
+ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
+ Analyze HR-related metrics and use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in processes and programs.
+ Foster an inclusive company culture that prioritizes employee engagement and continuous development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
