Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Somerset County, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing critical financial processes and ensuring accurate and timely transactions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting systems and a strong ability to handle accounts receivable functions with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Process and record accounts receivable transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage billing and cash activity efficiently.

• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate inventory analysis and support financial operations.

• Generate and review invoices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Maintain detailed records of cash handling activities, ensuring proper documentation and security.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.

• Support the implementation and optimization of CRM and Epic software systems.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to address billing inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, and cash handling functions.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems, ERP platforms, and CRM tools.

• Familiarity with Epic software and other financial management systems.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory analysis.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

• Analytical mindset to interpret financial data and provide insights.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
