What You’ll Do:

+ Greet service customers in person and by phone with professionalism and a smile

+ Schedule service appointments and manage the appointment calendar

+ Communicate clearly with customers about wait times and service updates

+ Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow

+ Maintain accurate records and assist with light administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Friendly and professional attitude

+ Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

+ Previous receptionist or dealership experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!
