About the Role:

We’re hiring a **CNC Machine Maintenance Technician III** to lead complex maintenance efforts across our CNC equipment and facility systems. In this key role, you’ll ensure optimal uptime, safety, and productivity by performing advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

+ Diagnose and repair CNC machinery and facility equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic).

+ Develop structured preventive maintenance programs and clear work instructions.

+ Perform inspections, detect faults, and use precision tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software to resolve issues.

+ Manage parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service scheduling.

+ Support emergency repairs during production hours and planned maintenance during downtime.

+ Partner with leadership to improve equipment performance and reduce recurring issues.

+ Train maintenance staff and operators on equipment care and upkeep.

+ Occasionally assist with general facility upkeep (painting, patching, etc.).

+ Occasional use of personal vehicle for job-related errands may be required.

What You’ll Bring:

+ 5+ years of CNC machine maintenance experience (or equivalent technical background)

+ Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills

+ Proficient with diagnostic tools, schematics, and multimeters

+ Familiarity with manufacturing environments and machine shop operations

+ Ability to read technical manuals and interpret schematics

+ Strong math and computer skills

+ Self-starter with a hands-on mindset and attention to detail

**Pay Details:** $62,400.00 to $85,280.00 per year
