    Senior Accountant Opportunity!

    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, with a focus on balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and compliance with internal controls.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    + Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.

    + Analyze financial statements and provide variance explanations.

    + Support the preparation of internal and external financial reports.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely reporting.

    + Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.

    + Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.

    + 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.

    + Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks).

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
