Job Description

Join our dynamic Aseptic Production Team as a Filling Technician within a leading Pharmaceutical Facility. This entry-level position supports an increased market demand for our life-saving products. In this role, you will load materials, complete electronic batch records, log book entries, document work orders, conduct process checks to ensure quality, and manage batch packaging records. We seek motivated individuals with a tech-savvy mindset and process improvement skills, who can report and provide solutions to recurring issues. This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to transition into pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

+ Load materials and manage electronic batch records.

+ Complete log book entries and document work orders.

+ Perform process checks to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Manage batch packaging records for loaded and produced materials.

+ Report recurring issues and contribute to process improvement solutions.

+ Communicate effectively and offer suggestions for process enhancements.

Essential Skills

+ Understanding of manufacturing operations and biotechnology.

+ Exposure to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) knowledge.

+ Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

+ Health Care or previous manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or cosmetic industries is a plus.

+ Bioworks/Associates degree in Biotechnology is advantageous.

+ Familiarity with working on feet for extended periods in a manufacturing setting.

Work Environment

The position involves working in a manufacturing environment on a night shift with a 2-2-3 schedule. Initially, training will occur during day shifts from Monday to Friday. The work environment may be stressful due to high workload demands, but colleagues will be supportive and eager to help newcomers succeed. Scrubs and close-toed shoes or work boots are required, and you will change into these in a provided locker room.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
