Job Title: Warehouse Worker-Swing
Job Description
Join a dynamic and growth-oriented team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer service while managing warehouse operations. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual with the ability to handle physically demanding tasks and contribute to the team’s success.
Responsibilities
+ Efficiently pull and prepare orders for delivery while maintaining high customer service standards.
+ Perform local deliveries to service sites ensuring a clean motor vehicle record.
+ Operate forklifts for material handling and inventory management.
+ Assist with pulling conduit and cutting wire in various warehouse conditions, including cold environments.
+ Collaborate in team lifts for heavy items, typically up to 100 lbs.
+ Demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail in daily tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in a warehouse setting with skills in order picking and shipping and receiving.
+ Proficiency in operating forklifts and handling inventory.
+ Strong general labor skills and material handling capabilities.
+ Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Motivated to grow within an organization with a strong career orientation.
+ Ability to eventually transition into sales roles.
+ Bright and detail-oriented with a commitment to attendance and reliability.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
