Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated systems. Your key responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance, documenting work activities, and replacing key components such as motors, circuit boards, sensors, bearings, and air cylinders. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and identifying the root cause of problems to maintain optimal performance.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative maintenance on automated systems.

+ Document maintenance activities and work performed to maintain accurate records.

+ Replace and repair motors, circuit boards, sensors, bearings, and air cylinders.

+ Troubleshoot issues and identify the root cause of problems to maintain optimal performance.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills.

+ Mechanical aptitude in a heavily automated environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in automation and robotics.

+ Knowledge of PLC programming.

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art, comfortable, and climate-controlled environment. The facility operates three shifts, Monday through Friday, providing flexibility and a structured work schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.83 - $28.33/hr.
