Job Title: Fabrication Technician

Job Description

Assist in multiple areas of the shop as needed to support production and maintenance activities. Operate machinery including, but not limited to, the drop saw and polisher. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in a shop or manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with fabrication, welding, blueprint reading, MIG welding, and using brake presses.

Work Environment

Ability to stand for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to noise and dust.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Mankato, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
