About the Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Product Designer to help shape intuitive, scalable, and elegant user experiences across complex technical systems. You’ll be involved in every stage of the product development lifecycle—from early ideation to final polish—and will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to bring impactful ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design end-to-end product experiences that are simple, elegant, and user-centered.

+ Translate complex system functionality into intuitive, accessible interfaces for both power users and general audiences.

+ Contribute to strategic product decisions and help define the future of the product.

+ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to deliver high-quality solutions.

+ Provide and receive thoughtful design feedback to elevate team craft and consistency.

+ Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure visual and functional cohesion across the platform.

Must-Have Skills

+ Systems Thinking & Information Architecture

+ Ability to structure complex, interconnected functionality into clear, scalable, and navigable experiences.

+ Technical UX Expertise

+ Proven experience designing for advanced systems and translating dense features into intuitive user flows.

+ Design Craft & Precision

+ High attention to detail with consistent use of design systems and a polished, pixel-perfect approach.

+ Communication & Collaboration

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.

+ Tools & Execution

+ Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools; experience with usability testing and iterative design.

Nice-to-Have Skills

+ Experience navigating large organizations and collaborating across multiple teams.

+ Advanced prototyping capabilities to validate concepts and communicate design intent.

+ Strategic thinking that connects design decisions to user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

+ 10+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or a related discipline.

+ A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including systems thinking and visual design excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $110.00/hr.
