    Overview:

Quinnipiac University School of Law invites applications for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join its Career Development Office (CDO). This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and student success.

The Operations Manager will play a central role in shaping the systems and processes that support law students’ professional development. Responsibilities include leading the CDO’s data and reporting efforts—particularly the annual employment data submissions to the American Bar Association (ABA) and the National Association for Law Placement (NALP)—as well as enhancing the functionality and strategic use of the job portal (12Twenty). The role also involves managing co-curricular programming, overseeing departmental and program budgets, and driving continuous improvement across operational functions.

The School of Law is seeking a forward-thinking individual who brings both analytical precision and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner and thought leader, particularly in areas of technology and process innovation, while also cultivating strong relationships with students, alumni, and external stakeholders.

This is more than an operations role—it is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the professional journeys of future legal professionals.
