    Job Description:

    As a team member at our omnichannel fulfillment centers, you will be working in a non-customer facing setting with areas for picking, packing, staging and handing off orders to couriers.

    Responsibilities may include:

    + Order fulfillment

    + Inventory maintenance

    + Assortment maintenance

    + Exception management

    + Store open/close

    Communications

    + Serves as a liaison between management and non-management team members by coaching and developing other capabilities with inventory systems. When serving as the leader on duty, communicates assigned tasks to team members and reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.

    External Basic Qualifications:

    + One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

    + Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control.
