Required Education/Experience
+ Master's Degree and 2 years of related work experience or
+ Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of related work experience or
+ Associate's Degree and 5 years of related work experience or
+ High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of related work experience
Preferred Education/Experience
+ Master's Degree in IT, computer science, business administration,
+ engineering or decision sciences including mathematics, analytics, quantitative methods and 2 years of related work experience.
+ Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, business administration,
+ engineering or decision sciences including mathematics, analytics, quantitative methods and 3 years of related work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
+ Must have a strong attention to detail and anticipate work requirements (before being asked) and ability to prioritize deliverables, required.
+ Must be able to plan, organize and lead meetings, required.
+ Ability to interact with all levels of Management, required.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, required.
+ Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, required.
+ Flexibility to work on multiple assignments with changing priorities and stay on schedule/on budget, required.
+ Proven experience in project management, preferably within IT modernization or technology transformation projects, preferred.
+ Ability to engage in technical discussions and provide insights on application upgrades and technology planning, preferred.
+ Proficiency in generating reports and creating dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar, preferred.
+ Experience in working with application code security scan tool such as : CAST, CodeQL, preferred.
+ Experience leading application support group, preferred.
+ Experience managing and negotiating supplier contracts, preferred.
+ Formal Project Management and/or Business Analysis skills, preferred.
+ Experience as a dedicated participant on a medium to large scale systems development project, preferred.
+ Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes, preferred.
+ Experience developing and supporting applications and/or databases, preferred.

+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.
+ Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
