    Rapidly Growing global human and animal nutrition company is seeking an Analytical Technician on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience within a Laboratory environment.

    Analytical Technician

    **Pay:** $24/hr

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

    **Location:** Local travel between nearby sites (50–75%)

    Summary:

    We’re seeking an experienced Analytical Technician with 2+ years of lab experience (academic or volunteer acceptable) to support R&D projects in microbiology and biochemistry. You’ll work hands-on with reagents, media prep, and microbial assays, and assist in data analysis under minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare media, reagents, and conduct microbiological assays

    + Perform bacterial plating, enumeration, and standard lab techniques

    + Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment, and accurate records

    + Follow SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and safety procedures

    + Support protocol development and adapt methods from literature

    Requirements:

    + B.S. in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field

    + 2+ years of lab experience in microbiology or chemistry

    + Proficient in lab math, pipetting, serial dilutions, and microbial assays

    + Strong skills in Excel and data interpretation

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with PCR, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, and enzymatic assays

    + Familiarity with cGMP, QC, and scientific troubleshooting

    + Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
