    + Pull weekly grade reports for all sports programs, band, and show choir

    + Keep track of ineligibility and communicate with coaches at the beginning and end of grading periods

    + Send weekly grade reports to all in-season sports coaches

    + Pull and share daily attendance reports with in-season sports coaches

    + Supervise the weekly study table program for all in-season athletes who are failing at least one class (3 days a week after school from 3:00–4:00 pm)

    + Recruit teachers to help support and tutor students at Study Table
