We are looking for a smart, energetic, passionate, and organized individual to join the Go-to-Market Operations team. This role will support the go-to-market teams in the administration and execution of compensation plans and ensuring that monthly and quarterly compensation amounts are complete and accurate. This role will act as a partner to Revenue Operations, People Operations, Accounting, and FP&A teams to ensure total alignment and compliance with internal controls and processes. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will develop a deep understanding of Lucid’s internal systems (both technical and non technical), analyze data, and find ways to improve processes. An ideal candidate will have a love of technology, collaborate well in a team environment, and have a desire to work in a role that is continuously evolving as our organization grows.
Responsibilities:
+ Administration and validation of go-to-market compensation plans in commissions software, ensuring compensation data and plans are up-to-date
+ Preparing monthly and quarterly go-to-market commissions that are complete, accurate, and timely for monthly accruals and payroll submission
+ Ensuring commission approval flows, internal controls, and key processes are followed and documented thoroughly
+ Participating in the monthly close process and external audit by providing commission accruals, analysis, reporting, and support
+ Serving as the point of contact for compensation and commission-related inquiries for go-to-market teams, including reporting and analysis on compensation plans and commissions
+ Improving and implementing new systems and processes that optimize commissions efficiency and user experience
+ Facilitating total alignment and process compliance between Go-to-Market Operations, Revenue Operations, People Operations, Accounting, and FP&A teams
+ Maintaining highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Requirements:
+ BA/BS degree, accounting or finance degree a plus
+ 2-3 years experience in payroll, accounting, compensation, or a similar role
+ Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment
+ Able to work efficiently in Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas)
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
+ Detail-oriented and organized to ensure work is complete, accurate, and timely
+ Have a track record of being able to work independently, collaboratively, and on multiple initiatives at the same time with a demonstrable record of driving results
+ Able to identify problems as well as propose and implement creative data-driven solutions
+ Resourceful, innovative, and are always looking for ways to drive process improvement and act as an agent for change
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, IS, Marketing, Economics, Math, Statistics, or other technical degree with strong academic performance
+ Experience with Salesforce, Spiff, Tableau, and SQL a plus but not required
+ Passion for working with emerging technologies and an ability to understand new technical concepts
+ Experience using AI to improve workflows or processes
