Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the system operations of the Orthopedics service line, including strategic planning, financial management, and program development

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, and external partners to enhance service delivery and patient care

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the service line to elevate patient outcomes and operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team

Collaborate with other executive leaders to align Orthopedics operations with the overall objectives of Premier Physician Network and Premier Health

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of executive-level experience in healthcare operations, preferably within an Orthopedics setting

Proven track record of strategic planning and execution

Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Robust understanding of healthcare regulations and standards

Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field required
