Join Payments Transformation Team as a Business Specialist and help drive excellence in high-impact treasury services!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Process and analyze complex commercial account openings and maintenance requests

    + Ensure full legal, procedural, and AML compliance

    + Review detailed documentation for trusts, escrows, property management, and more

    + Spot and escalate potential fraud or high-risk activity in time-sensitive scenarios

    + Manage servicing requests using platforms like TRiO, HOGAN, and ECIS

    + Juggle high-volume transactions (touching 6,000+ accounts/month!) with confidence

    + Collaborate with banking centers and internal teams to ensure seamless service

    What You Bring:

    + 3+ years of banking experience, especially in deposits and treasury support

    + A knack for navigating legal and regulatory documentation

    + Strong MS Word, Excel, and internet research skills

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Bonus: A degree or 100+ college credits and a passion for financial services
