    Job Description

    As a team member, the ideal candidate will enhance the product knowledge and user understanding of the system to support the Payroll Technology Team. Assist the Payroll Technology team in testing payroll OHC processes, identify and analyze bugs found during testing, and document them. Pay close attention to details when running the tests, documenting and reporting results. Report any defects and collaborate to find a resolution.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3 - 6 years of experience

     

    - Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll product

     

    - Understanding of End-toEnd integrations between HR, Compensation and Payroll

     

    - Deep understanding of Payroll Processing, US Taxes, and Payroll Accounting

     

    - Solid knowledge on the creation and maintenance of Elements and the Fast Formulas associated with it

     

    - Solid knowledge of the Tables used in Oracle HCM for support and reporting needs

     

    - Use of Oracle Cloud methodologies to create new, enhance and troubleshoot components/tools such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract and OTBI, BI Publisher

    Knowledge of PL-SQL and OIC desirable - Certified Oracle Cloud Payroll Practitioner null
