Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a QA Manager to join their team. As a QA Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the overall integrity of products and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** QA Manager

**Location:** Hanover, PA

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate and execute On-Line Quality Control and Incoming Materials Inspections.

+ Manage and monitor shelf-life and retained samples programs.

+ Ensure compliance with food safety standards and internal quality policies.

+ Oversee the microbiological testing laboratory and manage related personnel and budgets.

+ Conduct audits of plant sanitation processes and coordinate pest control programs.

What's Needed?

+ Experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance processes.

+ Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.

+ Ability to lead teams and manage cross-departmental communication.

+ Proficient in developing and managing quality assurance programs.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
