We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Client Trust Administrator to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas.

What You’ll Do:

+ Handle trust reconciliations, distributions, and account maintenance.

+ Be the go-to contact for clients and custodians.

+ Resolve issues, maintain compliant records, and use Excel for reporting.

+ Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Who You Are:

+ Detail-oriented with 2-3 years in trust admin, banking, or investments.

+ Proficient in Excel with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust administration, banking, or financial services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis tools.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of working collaboratively in team environments.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic workplace.

• Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly and work independently.

• Familiarity with trust accounting platforms or custodial systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities, estate planning, or trust compliance processes is a plus.
