Description

A well-established general practice law firm in historic downtown Northfield is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join their close-knit team. This role primarily supports a high-volume probate litigation practice led by a seasoned and compassionate attorney who is eager to train the right candidate. Whether you're an experienced legal assistant looking to grow into trial prep or a paralegal ready to dive into litigation, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Communicate directly with clients and manage attorney schedules.

+ Organize and maintain legal files.

+ Prepare correspondence and assist attorneys with drafting and editing legal documents.

+ Handle eService and eFiling with Minnesota Courts.

+ Track legal deadlines and trial preparation details.
