Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Subcontractor Prequalification Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring subcontractor compliance, analyzing financial data, and maintaining confidential records to support our operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance or accounting and experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process subcontractor prequalification applications to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Analyze financial and project-related data to identify potential risks and provide insights for decision-making.

• Collaborate with subcontractors to address compliance issues and gather necessary documentation.

• Interpret construction-related contracts and assess associated scope risks.

• Maintain organized and confidential records of subcontractor information and evaluations.

• Utilize advanced Excel and database systems to manage and analyze data efficiently.

• Present data findings with clear recommendations to highlight red flags or areas requiring further investigation.

• Support project accounting activities and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

• Ensure adherence to industry codes and standards in all subcontractor-related processes.

• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.

• At least two years of experience in finance, accounting, or project accounting.

• Proficiency in Excel and other Office products.

• Familiarity with database systems, preferably related to construction or subcontractor management.

• Ability to interpret construction contracts and assess associated risks.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors.

• Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of CSI codes preferred. TalentMatch®
