    Description We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Rock Hill, South Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in supporting various human resources functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, records management, and employee engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization within the machinery manufacturing industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

    • Manage employee records and update HRIS systems with personnel changes, including transfers and salary adjustments.

    • Oversee the auto allowance policy, including vehicle updates and communication with payroll.

    • Coordinate the Corporate American Express card program by tracking payment statuses, addressing inquiries, and processing approvals.

    • Develop and maintain the weekly HR newsletter, ensuring relevant and engaging content is shared with employees.

    • Respond to inquiries from employees via the shared HR inbox with professionalism and efficiency.

    • Assist with payroll processing tasks in Ceridian Dayforce as needed.

    • Support employee recognition and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

    • Collaborate with the social committee to plan and execute company events and activities.

    • Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

    • Proficiency in managing HRIS systems and maintaining accurate records.

    • Familiarity with payroll systems such as Ceridian Dayforce.

    • Strong understanding of HR compliance and related processes.

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

    • Experience in employee engagement and recognition programs is a plus.
