    Description We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will lead the development of scalable and reliable services for a cutting-edge marketing and tax tooling platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance both internal operations and user experiences.     Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable services across a marketing and tax tooling platform.

    • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

    • Optimize the performance, scalability, and efficiency of systems handling millions of daily interactions.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in production environments to ensure operational excellence.

    • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

    • Leverage technologies such as Scala, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Python to implement innovative solutions.

    • Monitor and maintain the health of production systems, ensuring their reliability and scalability.

    • Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance existing platforms and tools.

    • Implement CI/CD pipelines and utilize tools like Docker and GitHub for efficient deployment and development workflows.

    • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and libraries to extend platform capabilities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    • At least two years of experience with programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python, or GraphQL.

    • Familiarity with relational database management systems and database optimization techniques.

    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Docker and GitHub.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.

    • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement methodical solutions to enhance system performance.

    • Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries into existing systems.
