Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of projects in the Audio-Visual (AV) domain. This is a contract position based in Mountain View, California, requiring strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple AV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Maintain and update project information in local software systems to track progress and performance.

• Develop and present project plans, including detailed blueprints and wiring diagrams.

• Oversee the implementation and testing of AV systems, ensuring functionality and compliance with requirements.

• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless execution.

• Prepare and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, schedules, and change orders.

• Provide regular status updates to management and identify critical issues that require immediate attention.

• Schedule and allocate necessary resources to meet project objectives and deadlines.

• Ensure all work adheres to company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.

• Train team members on installation processes and provide clients with system tutorials and final documentation. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in low-voltage AV systems, with a focus on high-end residential setups.

• Strong understanding of distributed audio/video, lighting, shades, and networking systems.

• Familiarity with Crestron Home, Lutron Homeworks, and similar technologies is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and creating system diagrams.

• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills, including customer service.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to resolve problems and meet deadlines effectively. TalentMatch®
