Part time opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in New York, New York on a Part time Basis. This role is a long-term contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to the overall office environment and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee building operations, including office access and maintenance.

• Manage mail distribution to ensure timely delivery to employees.

• Prepare and submit expense reports in alignment with company policies.

• Facilitate employee communication by utilizing tools such as Slack and Google Suite.

• Organize lunch orders, catering arrangements, and refreshments for office events.

• Support ad hoc events by handling logistics, including setup, cleanup, and food/beverage ordering.

• Maintain an efficient and welcoming workplace environment, fostering employee engagement.

• Adapt working hours to meet business requirements, ensuring flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an office manager or in a similar support role.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack is required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee expense reporting.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on employee engagement.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use new software systems efficiently.

• Experience with workplace catering and event coordination.

• Independent and resourceful, with the ability to build positive relationships within the team. TalentMatch®
