    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. This position will focus on delivering outstanding support to our network of schools, assisting educators and administrators with curriculum-related inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. If you excel in providing exceptional service and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply. There is a 4 week mandatory training period. The schedule for this role is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday | 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver friendly and attentive customer service while guiding schools through implementation procedures.

    • Address and resolve a variety of inquiries, including curriculum assistance, purchasing or order status, school registration, and equipment-related issues.

    • Provide Tier 1 technical support and assist users with system and site navigation.

    • Identify opportunities to offer additional services and products to schools.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of issues and concerns.

    • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to manage high-volume processes with accuracy and accountability.

    • Perform administrative tasks and support team projects as needed.

    • Meet service level expectations, productivity targets, and quality standards.

    • Recommend innovative methods and emerging trends to improve processes and outcomes.

    • Handle other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

    • Strong commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions in interactions.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete self-directed training.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

    • Accountable for meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity.

    • Willingness to occasionally travel and perform tasks requiring physical activity, such as moving objects up to 15 lbs.
