Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance tasks

+ Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs

+ Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow all safety and manufacturer guidelines

+ Deliver quality work that supports high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores

Qualifications:

+ 1+ year of experience in an automotive service environment preferred

+ Technical training or certification is a plus

+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

+ Team player with a positive attitude

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment
