Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing and Lab IT Support Specialist to join our team at our manufacturing site. This role focuses on providing IT support and technical expertise in the lab and manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
+ Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS issues ensuring minimal downtime in lab and manufacturing operations.
+ Project Management: Assist in managing IT-related projects coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver objectives on time.
+ GxP Compliance: Support the implementation and maintenance of GxP-compliant systems and processes ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
+ Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver clear and effective presentations to various stakeholders to communicate technical information and project updates.
+ Network Architecture: Collaborate with IT teams to understand and assist in the design and maintenance of network architectures.
+ Purdue Model: Apply knowledge of the Purdue Model for industrial control systems to support the integration of IT and OT systems.
+ Operational Technology (OT) Systems: Provide support for OT systems contributing to the ongoing availability and reliability of manufacturing automation technologies.
+ Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards using PowerBI and create applications with PowerApps to support data-driven decision-making.
Certifications Required
Basic understanding of network architecture and IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with the Purdue Model and its application in manufacturing settings.

+ The annual salary for this position is between $92K – $105K + COLA+ Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
