Performs at a senior level of leadership, involving delivery of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Use Services. The ideal candidate will be CPCS certified or able to receive certification in the next 90 days. The candidate must be a licensed LPC, LMFT or LCSW for at least 4 years. Other credentials that are a plus include MAC or NCACI/II. Experience with EMR Carelogic is a PLUS. Experience and/or understanding of the Community Service Board delivery model is preferred. Knowledge of clinical pathways, treatment planning models, and recovery programs is highly desirable. Candidate must have some knowledge of the budget planning and programmatic profits and losses process. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of behavioral health operations and how to train and navigate staff productivity in conjunction with overall exceptional clinical care.

Doctorate degree in a related filed from an accredited college or university AND Two years of management/supervisory experience in health care services OR Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of management/supervisory experience in health care services OR Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Four years of management/supervisory experience in health care services OR Two years of experience at the lower level Mgr 2, Hlth Care (HCM011) or position equivalent. Note: Some positions may require certification and/or licensure.
