    We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support our business system projects based on Sales to Operations transition documents. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth initiation and tracking of contract projects, assisting in the preparation of essential documentation, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the initiation and tracking of contract projects to ensure compliance and successful completion.

    + Support Engineering Specialists and Project Managers with the preparation of submittals and operation/maintenance manuals.

    + Initiate documents for subcontracts and create detailed installation guide packets for all projects.

    + Generate O&M manuals for all projects.

    + Comprehend customer contracts to determine the need for project-specific documentation.

    + Assist Project Manager with all project-related tasks and overflow.

    + Understand detailed construction and manufacturing schedules to ensure consistency.

    + Communicate effectively with team members regarding problems, obstacles, issues, and information needs.

    + Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers.

    Essential Skills

    + Project coordination experience

    + Procurement and RFQ (Request for Quotation) experience

    + Budgeting and email communication skills

    + Experience working alongside Project Managers and outside vendors

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    + 1+ year of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in construction and manufacturing scheduling is advantageous

    Work Environment

    This role is based 100% in office with an 8-5 work schedule. The team comprises 22-25 local staff members, fostering a casual and fun work environment. The company offers a paid benefits package for employees and emphasizes a team-oriented culture.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
